Randy began his real estate sales career in 1974 with one of the leading real estate groups located in the Ottawa Region at the time. Due to his keen interest in real estate he then became a candidate in the Appraisal Institute of Canada shortly there after. In 1978 Randy chose to take up an apprenticeship in the Real Estate Appraisal industry which led to him receiving exposure in both Vancouver, B.C. and Ottawa, Ontario over the next 5 years.
With newly acquired knowledge Randy returned to real estate sales in 1982 with a focus on Commercial Real Estate Investment. In order to further enhance his ability to service clients, in 1984 Randy became a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidate, completing a wide range of studies covering such topics as the tax implications of owning real estate, financial analysis, marketing, project feasibility, retail development, and more.
Randy works with both institutional an non-institutional investors which include; public companies, REIT's, third party asset managers, private investors, and non-profit organizations.

Florian began working with Barclay Commercial Corporation as a summer intern in 2012 while on break from the University of Guelph’s Real Estate and Housing Program. Following the internship Florian continued to perform correspondence work from the University of Guelph and returned to Barclay after graduating.
Since joining the Barclay Team on a full time basis Florian has been contributing to all facets of the brokerage’s work including business development, property management, commercial property analysis and property marketing. He enjoys working with property owners to help analyze strengths and opportunities in their assets.
